This is the JoyR1der Code of Conduct — the rules of conduct that every member agrees to when they create an account and each time they use the Service. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy. The Community Guidelines describe the content standards our moderators apply; this Code describes how you agree to behave.

By creating a JoyR1der account and by using the Service, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. It applies everywhere on JoyR1der — events, rides, calls, chats, messages, posts, content, and your profile — and to everything you do here. If you don't agree to it, don't use JoyR1der.
JoyR1der is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. There are no exceptions. People under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service.
When you sign up you confirm your date of birth and that you are 18 or older. You must give your true date of birth and you must not misrepresent your age or help anyone else misrepresent theirs.
You must not attempt to bypass, defeat, or interfere with our age checks in any way. If you believe someone on JoyR1der is under 18, report them — we will verify and remove anyone who is.
To keep minors off the Service while keeping everyday use simple, JoyR1der verifies age at the point it matters rather than making everyone verify up front. You agree that:
How we run these checks and handle the data — including that images are processed inline and not retained — is set out in our Privacy Policy. Biometric processing is carried out only with your consent.
Keeping young people safe is non-negotiable. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexualisation of a minor, are absolutely prohibited. Such material will be removed and preserved, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to the authorities, including the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs and the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). You must never involve a minor in any content or interaction on JoyR1der.
Treat people the way you'd want to be treated. You must not:
Respect other people's privacy and their choices. Get the agreement of anyone you feature in your stream, call, or content. Don't record or share private moments people haven't agreed to, and don't share someone's private or identifying information without their consent.
Be genuinely you. Don't impersonate other people, brands, or JoyR1der staff; don't run scams, deceptive schemes, or spam; and don't manipulate Clicks, earnings, votes, bookings, or engagement through fake or fraudulent means.
Clicks and Bonus Clicks are how value moves on JoyR1der — for tips, gifts, bookings, memberships, content, and more. Bonus Clicks in particular are given to you as a promotional balance, not cash, only to be spent on the Service. To keep the economy fair for everyone, you must not:
We continuously monitor the Clicks ledger for these patterns. Where our systems detect likely farming or collusion, we may act automatically and immediately — for example by requiring you to pass a live selfie or a full identity check before a transfer completes, by holding (quarantining) suspect Bonus until you verify, by reversing or clawing back affected grants, earnings, or balances, and by opening a case for review. Serious or repeated abuse can lead to loss of the balance involved and closure of the accounts involved. These measures are in addition to the general consequences in section 13.
JoyR1der is about real, live experiences, conversation and commerce — it is not an adult-content or mature-content platform. Pornography, nudity and sexual content are not allowed, and neither is selling sexual services. The 18+ rule is there to protect minors, never to permit adult content. Graphic or upsetting content with a real purpose (news, medical, injury) must be marked sensitive, so it stays blurred until a viewer chooses to see it. The full content standards our moderators apply are in our Community Guidelines, and you agree to follow them. Only share content you have the rights to; don't stream or post other people's copyrighted material without permission.
Don't use JoyR1der for anything illegal, or to facilitate it — including the sale of drugs, weapons, or other regulated or illegal goods, trafficking, terrorism, or fraud. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Your account is yours: keep your login secure, don't share it, and don't create accounts to evade a suspension or ban. Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, and don't use bots or automation to abuse it.
Our moderators apply this Code and the Community Guidelines using judgment, case by case. You agree to follow reasonable instructions from JoyR1der and its moderators. Where a decision is a borderline judgment call, the moderator makes it and their decision is final subject to appeal. You can appeal a decision, and a successful appeal reverses the associated penalty — see Moderation & enforcement in the Terms.
Breaking this Code has consequences that scale with severity and history. Depending on what we find, we may age-restrict, limit, or remove content; warn, limit features for, suspend, or close an account; withhold or forfeit funds; require re-verification; and, for serious or unlawful matters, preserve evidence and report to the authorities.

We may update this Code of Conduct. When we make a material change we'll update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Code.
