Clicks are JoyR1der's in-app balance, spent on experiences, requests, tips and memberships.
On iOS, Click packs are purchased through the App Store — for billing questions or refunds on those purchases, Apple handles them via reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything about your balance or a purchase made on the web, email us.
Safety & reporting
You can report or block anyone from their profile or from a live stream. Reports go to our moderation team. For urgent safety concerns, email us with "SAFETY" in the subject line.
Age & verification
JoyR1der is strictly for adults — every account holder must be 18 or older, and we verify age with a face check and, where needed, a government-ID check. There are no child, teen or guardian-managed accounts. If you believe someone on JoyR1der is under 18, report them from their profile or email us with "SAFETY" in the subject line.
